Project State
The project is currently at a concept stage. Here’s what we’ve discovered:
- The concept of addressing items using content addresses in the browser is promising and deserves further exploration.
- The idea of using “cyber” instead of Google directly within the browser search bar is revolutionary.
Our current focus is on the launch of the cyber network. Once we achieve that milestone, we will direct more resources into the development of the browser. Until then, you can:
- Experiment with the software
- Dive deeper into the DURA scheme
- Discuss it on our forum the future of Cyb
Development Environment
To get started with the development, make sure you have Node v10.13.0. Then, run the following command:
yarn run startBuilding the Project
Once you’re set up, you can build it by using:
yarn run buildHow to Release the Browser
To build a local release, you’ll execute:
yarn run releaseThen, run the release on Travis CI with the following commands:
git tag -s v0.0.20 -m version 20
git push origin branch_name --tagsTroubleshooting
